I am a 61 year old woman who loves animals and have 8 horses, 7 goats, 6 ducks, 20 cats, and 12 dogs. This county does not have a humane society so i try to take in as many animals as i can since people are always throwing them out on the road. The horses are the love of my life, always dreamed of having horses and was doing good with them until I came down with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever back in 2001. Went undiagnosed for over a year, which caused heart damage and now i suffer with heart failure.
I get a small disability check with a mortgage payment of $905.00 a month, we are 3 months behind because of death in family, losing job. They are going to foreclose on our home July 17th, and sale it at public auction Aug. 1, if we have to move i will have to sale horses, which means they may go to slaughter because they are just horses not registered, some of the dogs and cats i can not catch as they only come up to eat.
We need $6023.00 to stop the foreclosure plus back taxes.
I have never, in my life asked for help, but now i am worried about my animals and want to save them from any harm. Please help us to do this. Thank you very much for any help.
